The circle will begin with a cleansing with white sage smudging. Then experience the alchemical vibrations of a tuning fork, singing bowl, and drumming.
Next a guided meditation followed by deep relaxation and peace, as you experience the healing benefits of Reiki from TWO Usui & Tibetan Reiki Masters.
The afternoon will surely encapsulate you in serenity and increase your well being. Allowing you to start your week feeling refreshed.
